The location was fantastic – walking distance to everything we wanted. It's conveniently close to Fez Lounge, where we enjoyed dining. - Our wheelchair accessible room had a stunning mountain view. - the minibar in the room was a nice touch, just like we anticipated.

Terrace is really nice. Laundry came back washed and dried only a few hours after delivery. Breakfast was fine, too.
Impressive entrance hall is deceptive, rooms are old and have not been maintained, our room (110) has smoked as if a dead animal were lying under the bed. We booked a guide who costs 250 Dirham according to the hotel, the guide wanted 400 Dirham and was only 30 minutes late.

The terrace overlooks the old town. Good wine list. The bartender's a little lame, though. Breakfast and evening buffet very good and plentiful. We have been there 5 times already and will come back again and again. Dr. Peter among others.
